Description
The Fifteenth American Conference on Crystal Growth and Epitaxy will be held jointly with the 11th Biennial (US) Workshop on OMVPE and the 3rd International Symposium on Laser and NLO Materials. The Fifteenth American Conference on Crystal Growth and Epitaxy provides a forum for the presentation and discussion of recent research and development activities in all aspects of bulk crystal growth and epitaxial thin film growth, with sessions integrating fundamentals, experimental and industrial growth processes, characterization, and applications. Abstracts are due March 14, 2003
