Lake Shore Hall effect measurement systems are used for characterizing the physical properties in semiconductors and other materials. QMSA® software resolves individual carrier mobilities and densities in multi-carrier devices. They feature fields to 9 T, temperatures from 2 to 800 K, up to 6-inch wafers, or accommodation of four samples.
